Basil M. Russo

Basil M. Russo has served as managing partner of the law firm of Russo, Rosalina & Co, LPA since the firm was founded in 1978. The law firm has represented the interests of over 100,000 northeast Ohio residents during that time.

Mr. Russo is a graduate of John Carroll University and the Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

In addition to his 30 years of experience in the practice of law, Mr. Russo has served as Judge of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Judge of the Eighth District Court of Appeals and majority Leader of Cleveland City of Council. As such, he is one of a select group of lawyers who written, practiced and adjudicated the law.a

Mr. Russo has also served as special counsel to the Ohio Attorney General, past chairman of the legislative committee of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association and currently serves as President of The Justinian Forum Bar Association.

Mr. Russo's areas of practice include personal injury, probate, domestic relations and criminal law.
