Joseph K. Rosalina Esq.

Joseph K. Rosalina, Esq. is a partner at Russo, Rosalina & Co., LPA.  Joe manages the firm's Probate division, one of the largest Probate practices in Cuyahoga County.  Joe also oversees the firm's associate attorney and paralegal in Workers' Compensation claims.  His background includes a field of study in international relations, primarily in Italy and thus he represents companies and individuals through the firm's international division in matters pertaining to international trade, contractual matters and import/export partnerships.  Joe has worked in all divisions of the firm and has experience in all areas including Domestic, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Bankruptcy, Criminal and Estate Planning.

Joe graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995 with a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Italian.  While his wife and now partner at the firm, Gabriella was attending law school, Joe forged many of his existing relationships in Italy and laid the foundation for what now represents the firm's international trade division.  Immediately following Gabriella's graduation from law school, Joe entered Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1998.  In June 2001 he received his Juris Doctorate and was admitted to practice later that year in November of 2001.

Joe has been a part of the law firm of Russo, Rosalina & Co., LPA since 1998 and works closely alongside his father in law, Basil and wife, Gabriella.
